Lead Motivator, Lucinda Kay has a BA in communications, with an emphasis on Hispanic Affairs, plus a Certificate in Lay Ministry (also ordained to officiate weddings and funerals). She spent twelve years on air as a news Anchor and Reporter on TV and radio. Lucinda has consulted in the corporate and non-profit worlds. She uses the stories of her life to help others put their own inner wisdom to work. She grew up in chaos, dysfunction, and love - embraced every opportunity and challenge, and continues to "move to the other side".
